The test, step by step

How is an ECG performed?

    Set-up

    You lie down with your chest uncovered. Adhesive electrodes are placed on your chest, wrists and ankles.

    Recording

    The device records the heart's electrical activity for a few seconds. The test is painless and risk-free.

  3. III
    Consultation with the cardiologist

    After the ECG, the patient is seen by the cardiologist: interpretation of the trace, consultation and delivery of the report.
